TTK Prestige appoints TT Raghunathan as chairman in leadership transition

Raghunathan, who previously served as vice-chairman and non-executive director, is a key member of the Jagannathan family, which controls TTK Prestige. Shares of TTK Prestige Ltd ended at ₹620, up by ₹0.90, or 0.15%, on the BSE.
