SpiceJet shares rise over 4% following ₹763 crore settlement and acquisition of 13 aircraft

As per the terms of the agreement, SpiceJet has also acquired full ownership of 13 EDC-financed Q400 aircraft. Following the announcement, SpiceJet’s shares rose by ₹4.38, or 4.38%, to ₹55.98 on the BSE.
