FIIs turn net buyers after 23 days; Sensex, Nifty surge nearly 2%

After 23 consecutive sessions of net selling, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) turned buyers in the Indian cash market on February 4, purchasing equities worth ₹809.23 crore. Meanwhile, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) net sold ₹430.70 crore. Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty rebounded nearly 2%, tracking gains in Asian markets after US President Donald Trump delayed tariffs on Mexico and Canada by a month.
