All types of orders and trades will be executed at bid and ask price.
Dividend/bonus will be adjusted on exchange circular basis.
Operating/Line/Manipulated/Chamka Trades will be removed anytime.
Scalping is not allowed.
Arbitrage/hedging/Jobbing/Algorithmic jobbing is not allowed. Trades will be removed anytime.
Do not give your account to anyone or allow account managers to try unethical practices, as this can cause your account to be put on hold and your funds to be blocked.
We shall cancel cross orders and trades with the same IP address. Also, trading with the same IP address in multiple IDs is strictly prohibited. In any of the above cases, we can remove all profitable trades without any prior information.
If Introducer do not pass information to client, then mediator will be responsible for any dispute
and Introducer will be liable for any payment.
Any Introducing Broker found doing unethical practices will be terminated/Banned by company.
If you are unable to close your open position due to any issue in the software, then at this time send a message to the support on WhatsApp for whatever position you want to close, the moment we receive the message, your position will be closed at the prevailing rate. It is your responsibility to send the message.
Due to any issue in the software, only those positions which are already open will be closed and any new position will not be opened which you wanted to open when the rates were stuck
